Our History
Our company is founded
1949Our founder Rudy Sjobakken opens his own business after working at the Dodge Trophy & Awards Company. Rudy works on large trophy manufacturing contracts such as the prestigious Acadamy Award’s Oscar statuette trophies.
The team is formed
1956Rudy Sjobakken along with his daughter Connie and son-in-law Joe Pushckor team up to run the business. They move into location at 2230 California Avenue in Long Beach, CA.
Antique Metal Finishing moves to 1201 Newport Ave
1976Antique Metal Finishing moves to new Head Quarters, a 4500 square foot facility at 1201 Newport Ave where it operates today.
